Fort Collins Court Hours and Procedures

The court is open Monday through Friday. Hours are 8 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4 PM. Thursday afternoon closes at 3 PM. The court closes for lunch from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM daily.

Zoom arraignments are available for scheduled traffic cases. These occur on Mondays. Check your citation for instructions. The court provides remote options to save time.

Phone payments are no longer available. You can pay online or by mail. Mail payments can take three weeks to process. Online payments are faster and available 24 hours.

Note: Arrive early for court appearances. Security screening is required for all visitors.
