Jefferson County In-Person Record Locations
Jefferson County has three precinct locations for in-person requests. Each serves a different area of the county. You can visit any location that is convenient for you.
The North Precinct in Golden is the main records unit. It sits at 200 Jefferson County Parkway. This is the primary location for all record requests. Staff can help you access the NextRequest system if needed.
The Mountain Precinct is in Evergreen at 4990 Highway 73. The South Precinct is in Littleton at 11139 Bradford Road #700. Both locations accept in-person requests. They can guide you through the online submission process.

DUI Process in Jefferson County
